What do I do if my MT4 is showing a 'No Connection' message?
If a ‘No Connection’ message appears, please try the following steps:
Please check that your internet connection is clear and running
Please ensure an Anti-Virus or firewall isn’t blocking the connection. You may need to temporarily to disable your Anti-Virus software or firewall.
Please select the correct server at Log-In. For example, if you are on the Demo account, please connect to the ‘Demo Server’
On the right-hand corner in the bottom, click on the connection bars icon. Click ‘rescan servers’. If this does not change the server connection status, select another server centre.
