What is the process involved for switching from Standard to RAW accounts and vice versa?
If you wish to upgrade from the Standard account to receive the benefits of the RAW account, you will need to send us a request in writing (via email). The Support team will not process any account changes without written consent. Once received, we will process the request and convert the account.
Please note, for accounts to be converted all open positions and pending orders must be closed. Also an account minimum of $500 is required for Live RAW accounts. This must be met before the upgrade request is processed. To request an account change, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
